The Sun snuck up...
down at the Beach today...
Quiet, grey, still...
drizzle and chill...
Not one of those WOW Sunrises today...
But beautiful just the same...
to take in a deep breath...
of pure, salty, air...
and breathe in the peace...
sometimes so rare...
Today, the Ocean's got nothing to prove...
no show of power...
no shore-ripping strength...
Just peace...
punctuated by the soft sizzle...
of waves...
hissing on the sand...
