The Dredge Has Moved In at 48th Street, VB, 2.19.13

The cold...
has retreated...
down at the Beach today...
and the Rains...
will be moving in...
Meanwhile...
the Dredge has begun...
pumping Sand here...
to make sure...
we have enough space...
to park our Cash Cows...
ooops, i mean...
our valued Guests...
