Low Ceiling at 48th Street, VB, 5.18.13

Soggy...
down at the Beach today...
Persistent Rains...
all through the Dawn...
so i left for the Beach...
later than usual...
since the Sun...
rose in secret today...
Heavy Clouds...
still shrouded the Sky...
as the Rains tailed off...
and Sou'East winds...
slopped up the Surf...
but as i turned to leave...
some Pelicans flew by...
in a patch of...
Blue Sky...
to the West...
