Silver and Gold Sunrise at 48th Street, VB, 3.21.12

It wasn't so much spectacular...
as amazing...
down at the Beach this morning...
When i walked on the Beach...
it was silver grey...
but when i walked off...
it was a glorious gold...



Foggy again...
this morning...
i almost left quickly...
but something told me to stay...
The Sun never showed itself...
But then, a hole opened up in the silver sky...
And the Fog lifted a bit from the Beach...
A fantastic gold light engulfed everything...
the Water, the Sand, the Clouds, the Sky...
all gold...
My jaw dropped...
and i'm so glad i stayed a while...
down on the Beach, this morning...
