Seaweed Mounds at 48th Street, VB, 3.30.13

It's milder...
down at the Beach today...
The wind is down...
the Sea is at rest...
and we're a little hopeful...
that Winter...
is on his way out...
Meanwhile...
 there's turmoil...
under the Sea...
and big gobs...
of Seaweed...
have been...
washing up...
