Unsettled at 48th Street, VB, 7.1.13

Shifty...
down at the Beach today...
Heavy Rains...
here and there...
Some Mists...
blur the View...
The winds blow...
and calm...
Layers of Clouds...
move in different directions...
New Sands...
 deposited by the Dredge...
are uncertain...
underfoot...
The Surf...
is close and choppy...
and Birds...
are on the move...
