Ooops at 48th Street, VB, 11.10.13

Picked up a Shell...
down at the Beach today...
A Favorite of mine...
i've found 'em from...
Cape Cod to Florida...
 Shark Eye Moon Snail...
great name...
Anyway...
i picked it up...
looked it over...
and put it...
in my pocket...
Took it home...
and put it on the...
kitchen counter...
An hour later...
pourin' more Coffee...
i noticed the Shell...
had moved...
and left a...
sandy trail...
Hmmmmmmmm...
i said...
and lifted the Shell...
There was a...
Hermit Crab...
in it's...
softshell phase...
Resisting the Impulse...
to roll it in flour...
and saute it...
i gave it a quick...
inspection...
It was alive...
but helpless...
so i tucked it...
back in it's Shell...
grabbed my coat...
and put it back...
in the Sea...
